Getting Started

Well I finally did it! I started my own blog. I have one with Brad but he never seems to post my updates, but this one is for me. I wanted to share tips that I have learned and learn new tips one how to save money during this hard times. I was a stay at home mom for 8 months with my daughter Annie until Brad was laid off from his job in June. In August I went back to work for the law firm I worked for before Annie.

During my time as a stay at home mom I learned to really use my coupons and how to shop the ads looking for the best deals. Even today with me working and Brad working from home doing freelance, I am always looking for great and better ways to save. I am not a big magazine reader but one that I have picked up is ConsumerReports new SHOPSMART. I love it!! It is great and it is really geared for women.

So on here I am going to post about deals that I find and share with you my savings when I got to the store. Please feel free to share any comments or ideas and tips that you may have or might have heard about. So together we are going to become a Proverbs 31 wife!
