Walgreens Trip 4/28

I had to run to Walgreens today to get some free Shave gel!  I also decided to start stock pilling my deo. I am getting tired of running out about a week before we head to SAM'S for our trips.  So I bought 1-Shave gel and 3-bottles of deo, before sales, coupons and RR my total was $14.46.  After store sales, store coupons, manufacture's coupons and RR my out of pocket total came to $1.46!!!

CVS trip

So today I finally made it to CVS to cash in some of my ECB that I had earned last month.  Boy I did really well here.  I purchased 6 bottles of Palmolive dishsoap and a bag of Starbucks coffee.  Does not sound like much but the dish soap is for stockpilling purposes.  So before sales, coupons and ECB my total was $23.93.  That is alot for 7 items.  So then after the sale price of the dish soap which was $.88 each minus my 6 $.70 off coupons each bottle was $.18 and the Starbucks coffee was regular price $9.59 on sale for $6.99 and I had a $1 off coupon. My total after all this and my ECB was $4.07!!!

Sorry I am behind

I am sorry that I am behind on posting my deals and finds.  Wow really since September?!  I didn't think I was that behind.  Ok so new start, and this is for all my friends that are wanting to learn how do this the crazy couponing thing that I do.  So I am going to start easy and teach you everything I know.  First, right now you can purchase just the Sunday paper for $1 a week and order as many as you would like for that price each week.  It is recomended that you order at least one paper for every adult in your house and one for every two kids (under 16 I say).  The goal is to be able to have at least two coupons for every item that you buy, the advantage is that when it goes on sale for B1G1 you have two coupons to use and can get it at an even better price.  Publix is my favorite store to shop and I love how they always have a few items that are on sale all month long and then the weekly sales.  If you shop Publix be sure to always check their spinners at the front of the store for the Green Advantage flyers and Yellow Advantage flyers, these are store coupons that you can stack on top of the manufacture's coupons.  This is where the big savings come into play.  They usually will also have up a display  right inside the door that will have coupon books on it.  This last time was cleaning supplies and there were a mixture of store coupons and manufacture's coupons inside. I will do my best of keeping you posted when my store has these displays.
