At first I did not think of the diaper rash my daughter was developing since it was come and go since I buy diapers so cheap we swap up between Pampers and Huggies. Well Wednesday she wore the new
pampers all day and the rash got worse. At bedtime I put her in the Huggies Overnights and the rash started getting better. We got up Thursday we put the Pampers back on her, by nap time around 11 am the rash was worse and the had little blisters. I put Huggies on her and destitin and put her down for nap. By the time she got up 2 hours later the rash was looking a lot better, I knew then that it was the new Pampers with Dry Max. I e-mailed Pampers and told them of the problem and that I know of several other mom's who have had the same problem. At first they said it was not the diapers and they would send me some coupons.
Now the coupons I do not mind but I do expect you to own up to the fact that your new diapers are giving babies rashes! So I simply asked for a refund in addition to the coupons since I was going to have to spend more money to clean up their mess. Needless to say I heard back today and they are going to cut me a check for the price of the diapers I bought! Now that is great Customer Service and they have kept me as a customer since from now on I will be buying the Baby Dry. So if you have had the same problem ask for your money we deserve an answer and a solution to their mistake.
