I am a little behind in posting my totals from last week which means I will need to post my totals ASAP from this week.
This week was more because there are just some things you can not stock pile like deli meat and cheese. Then I had some coupons that were about to expire as were the Publix coupons I had. Then there are the items that never go on sale and so you wait as long as you can to buy them. Thankfully I did have a few money makers in my basket that helped out some, but not as many as I will have this week!!
My total before coupons and sales was: $134.24
My final total was: $88.60
Savings of $45.64
or 34% which is not too bad, was really hoping to do better. Thankfully that is the most I have spent in about 7 months in one trip!!

I've had good success with freezing deli meat. Actually, I stocked up today at Food Lion.
ReplyDeleteOscar Mayer is $2.99. Get $5 off your order WYB 5. I paired this with $1 printables to get them for $0.99 each. There are also some $1.00 WYB 2 coupons from the paper which would make them $1.49, which is still a good stockup price. Sale runs through Tuesday.
Kraft shredded cheese is also a part of this deal. The $1.00 WYB 2 blinkies also make it $0.99 each.

Thanks Staci! Too bad I don't have a Food Loin anywhere close by. I will have to try freezing it next time it goes on sale and we are in our house! I am looking forward to getting my big freezer back out and putting it to good use!
